Karma Tashi Ling is pleased to announce the Karma Kagyu Association Canada’s meeting and Medicine Buddha Retreat on June 22nd, 23rd & 24th at the Argyll Community Centre – 6750 – 88 Street. There will be 8 Lamas coming from Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal: Lama Tashi Dondup (Karma Tekchen Zabsal Ling, Toronto), Lama Karma Phuntsok (Palpung Yeshe Chokhor, Toronto), Lama Tendzin Dakpa (Karma Sonam Dhargye Ling, Toronto), Lama Shedrup (Rigpe Dorje Centre, Montreal), Khenpo Tashi (Thrangu Monastery, Vancouver), Lama Rabten Tsering (Nalandabodhi, Vancouver) Lama Tsultrim (Kagyu Kunkhyab Chuling, Vancouver) Lama Paljor (Palpung Phende Kunkyab, Vancouver) and Ani Kunzang (Karma Tashi Ling, Edmonton).

Fri, June 22, 7-9pm
Medicine Buddha Teaching by Lamas and Khenpo.

Saturday, June 23
10-11.30am – Meditation and Medicine Buddha practice (prayers and mantra).
2.30-5.00pm – Medicine Buddha and Mahakala teachings and practice.

Sunday, June 24
10-11.30am – Medicine Buddha Prayers to commemorate His Holiness the 17th Karmapa’s birthday.
12pm – Vegetarian Lunch and Birthday Cake. 2.30-5.00pm – Milarepa Tsok (feast offering) and Lamp Offering.
